Dubai Twin Towers – symmetrical shopping, living and working
The Dubai Twin Towers, also called Dubai Twin Towers or Rolex Towers, are situated in Deira, on the East Side of Dubai. They are a recognizable part of the ‘old’ downtown, near Rigga Al Buteen.
The identical Twin Towers, 102 meters and 22 floors high, have numerous functions. They contain a shopping center, residences, and offices.
How FPC Risk developed different fire scenarios
FPC Risk supported ADPI by designing a fire safety concept for the towers, including the commercial center, offices, and parking areas.
The fire safety concepts were based on thorough evaluation of the structural integrity of the buildings, and on different fire scenarios built on finite element analysis.
